How to buy your chosen promotional products
On first glance ordering your chosen promotional products can seem like a time consuming task which will require a great deal of input, fortunately neither of these presumptions are true.
Lets take a plastic printed coaster as an example, you have identified the type you would like, including the colour and shape by seeing it on the giftexposure.co.uk website. At this stage if just a visual of the product is not good enough drop us an e-mail with your postal address and we will get one out in the post straight away so you can see the product in the flesh. We also offer a virtual sample service, which means if you can send us your artwork or explain what you would like on the promotional item one of our designers will produce a picture of the product with your artwork superimposed onto it.
Back to the promotional coaster that you would like to order, you now know that its the promotional item for you as you have seen a mock up and had the quote which is of course the cheapest out of all the other major printed product suppliers. All you need to do now is send your artwork in EPS format to your account manger (if you don't have an EPS version we still maybe able to re-draw the artwork fro free) who will add it to the artwork approval sheet showing the print position on the product and spec which will go to the printers, if this looks ok just sign and fax back and your order will be processed straight away. If this is your first order we will also require full payment up front by either credit card, BACS transfer or cheque, any subsequent orders will be on invoice. Its really as easy as 1, 2, 3
